WILL OF JOSEPH McCORKLE
I, Joseph McCorgle
of Derry Township Dauphin County Pennsylvania do make and publish the
following as my last Will and Testament in Manner and form as follows,
hereby revoking and making void any and all former will or wills by me
made at anytime.
I order and direct that all my Just
debts and funeral expenses be paid so soon after my decease as can be
conveniently done.
Item 1 I order and direct my
Executor herein after named to sell all my real estate either at
private or public sale as he may deem best for my estate and make a
Deed or Deeds of Conveyance for the cause as fully as I could if
living.
Item 2 I give and bequeath to my
granddaughter Mary McCorgle daughter of my son Joseph McCorgle the sum
of Five hundred dollars provided she remains with me during the
balance of my life time and make no charge for service rendered to me
during such time.
Item 3 I make the following charges
against my children for money advanced to them during my lifetime,
which is to be deducted from their respective shares out of my Estate.
Joseph McCorgle Fifteen hundred
dollars $1500.-
William McCorgle Fifteen hundred
dollars $1500.
Cyrus McCorgle Fifteen hundred
dollars $1500.
My daughter Mary now
intermarried with John A Keamer seven hundred and fifty dollars $750-
I hold a note against my son Cyprus
McCorgle in the sum of Eight hundred dollars which is also to be
deducted from his share together with the accrued interest.
Item 4 I order and direct my
Executor after paying the foregoing bequest and all other Expenses to
divide the balance remaining in his hands Share and share alike
between My Children. Joseph McCorgle William McCorgle Cyprus
McCorgle and my daughter Mary now intermarries with John A Kreamer. I
order and direct however that the share coming to my daughter Mary
shall be held in trust by My Executor to be invested in some good
securities and the interest therefrom to be paid to her Annually
during her natural lifetime and at her death the principal sum shall
be divided share & share alike among her children. Should she die
without lawful issue in such event her share shall be equally divided
among my three sons or their legal representatives.
Item 5 I nominate and appoint Cyprus
G. Shenk of Corenago Township Dauphin County Pa. the Executor of this
my last Will and testament

CODICIL
I Joseph McCorgle do make and publish
the following Codicil to the foregoing, which is my last Will and
Testament, as follows
I charge My Son Joseph McCorgle with
Eight hundred dollars $800. and my son William McCorgle with Eight
hundred dollars $800. money advanced to them. And I hereby declare the
note I hold against my Son Cyprus McCorgle in the sum of Eight hundred
dollars $800. Null and Void, and instead I charge him with Eight
hundred Dollars This making the advances to my three sons equal

I Joseph McCorgle do make the
following codicil to the foregoing Will, as follows. The bequest to my
granddaughter Mary McCorgle of five hundred dollars is hereby reduced
to One hundred & fifty dollars, for the reason that she has refused to
remain with me any longer
