Directories can be a great source of secondary
information about our ancestors. It can show us other possible
connections from nearby neighbors and families.
The 1845 Harrisburg
City Directory is currently presented here in HTML format. It is quite
large and on a 56K dialup line could take 2 1/2 minutes to load. I
will be placing the data in a searchable database in the near future
to allow instant access.
