Will of Mary Leruh (Laruh)Be it remembered that I Mary Leruh, Widow of George Leruh deceased, have this day made
my Last Will and Testament wit, I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Barbara Elizabeth and
her Children, all my Real Estate to have and to hold the same with the Appurtenances unto
them their Heirs and Assigns for ever.
Secondly, All my moveable Property I give and bequeath unto my Two Daughters Elizabeth
& Nancy, whom I likewise appoint to be the Executrixes of this my Last Will. In
Testimony where of I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty-ninth day of March in
the year of Our Lord One Thousand eight Hundred & fourteen.
Signed, Sealed, Declared and pronounced to by the Testatrix to be her Last Will &
Testament in the presence of us,

This fifth day of November Anno Dominus one thousand eight hundred and seventeen
personally came before me Daniel Stine, Esq. Register for the probate of wills and
granting letters of administration in and for the said County of Dauphin, Christian Kline
who being duly sworn and Benjamin Moyer, Esq. Who being duly affirmed (the two subscribing
witnesses to the above will) did approve and say that they were present and saw and heard
Mary Leruh the testatrix, sign seal and publish, pronounce and declare the above
instrument of writing is and for her last will and testament and that at the time of so
doing she was of sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge,
observation and belief.
